CCAC Wait listing for Personal Support Workers (PSWs)
The Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) CCAC has been putting all patients on a waitlist for Personal Support Worker (PSW) services, including patients requiring palliative care. There were a number of stories in the news in December about this:
